Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days from when your item was delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original shrinkwrap intact and unopened.

Please do not send any items back without first raising a request with us and gaining approval. Any items sent back without authorisation will not be processed.
Please note for returned items :
- Returns due to any reason other than being defective will have the cost of the item only refunded. Shipping costs paid under the original order will not be refunded.
- Defective items where we have accepted responsibility will have the full cost of the item plus original shipping costs refunded. Any return postage costs would be at our expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Blu-Rays/DVDs that have been opened or with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Secondly, please contact your credit card company or bank - once sent, refunds often take some time before being processed and applied to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases where the item was received damaged, or where there has been an error on our part.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are generally not able to offer exchanges as our stock levels of individual items are often minimal due to the nature of our product range. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at email@example.com or via our online chat facility on the website.

All returns should be well packaged to prevent any damage in transit to us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost borne by Metal Movies for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are returning your purchase from, it may take some time to reach us especially in cases where you are returning something internationally.
We recommend you use a tracked shipping method to give confirmation of receipt by us. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items and refunds will not be given in cases where we do not receive an item back.
